Strathmore’s SITT ICT Concept Pitching: 16th July 2010

Strathmore University’s ICT incubation initiative known as the Strathmore Innovation Technology Transfer (SITT) Program seeks to commercialize ICT innovation in Kenya. The SITT Program is focussed on working with young ICT entrepreneurs, innovators and students in Kenya. The SITT Program will be  holding its second pitch session on the 16th July 2010 between 9.30 am and 12:30 p.m.

The second SITT Program pitch session will be held in Room 11 at Strathmore University where ICT innovators are invited to present their innovations for possible inclusion in the program. Interested  ICT innovators are welcome to contact Pius Walela on e-mail at pwalela@strathmore.edu for participation in the pitch. Benefits from  joining SITT include networking for fledgling organizations, access to capital  and investors to  aid businesses, technical  support  to develop  projects and  business  management training. Referrals are  welcome.

The SITT Program is not restricted  to Strathmore University students and is open to everyone. Participants are to fill a form and send it back with concept in summarized business plan format or concept form and the powerpoint presentation to be used for that particular day (again this can be secured from Pius on pwalela@strathmore.edu). The  tentative deadline date for reception of this information is 12th July 2010.
